1.4.1 1790 18-May Petition The Lords of Council & Session Thomas Sands (a minor), Robert Sands (his grandfather & Administrator-in-Law) & Miss Cecilia Halcro That since the death of William Halcro in Nov. 1786, Joshua Johnston and Margaret Halcro, his wife, had no right to manage the Coubister estate and that their Lordships should sequestrate the estate incomes and appoint a factor. p
